Dry January - Our Experience 

After the rush and indulgence of the Holiday Season for many of us January is the perfect time to reset and embrace new habits, and Dry January offers a unique opportunity to do so! 

Originally created by the charity Alcohol Change UK, Dry January has gained significant popularity worldwide as people look to reset their habits and embrace healthier lifestyles.

For me, Dry January was actually the catalyst that led to the creation of Drink Free Co. Three years ago I participated in Dry January and during this time while I was traveling in Europe I noticed how much the options available to people wanting to cut back, or give up alcohol, had increased. Everywhere I looked there was an incredible selection available that were just not here in Singapore.

This inspired me to create Drink Free Co. Our mission was to offer a wide selection of high-quality alcohol-free drinks, with free/ low delivery cost, at prices that tried to make them accessible as possible. With the ultimate goal of allowing as many people as possible to sample how great the options now are, giving them the  chance to make healthier choices.

The benefits of Dry January were so significant for me that I’m still not drinking three years later! The mental clarity, improved energy, and overall sense of well-being have been life-changing, and I wanted to share that experience with others.
