How Drink Free Co Was Born

The idea for Drink Free Co. was born in January 2022 from my personal experience of participating in Dry January.

For years, like many others, I wrestled with the idea of cutting back or abstaining from alcohol. As I got older and focused more on my health and fitness, I realised that even small amounts of alcohol were affecting my life and how I wanted to live it. Whether it was feeling less sharp at work, lacking the energy to keep up with my young kids, making unhealthy food choices, or skipping exercise, the impact was clear.

During Dry January, two things happened that changed everything for me. First, I experienced significant health benefits. I lost weight, slept better, had more energy, and enjoyed improved mental clarity and focus—all while saving money!

The second thing was during a trip to Europe, where I discovered an incredible range of high-quality, alcohol-free drinks available everywhere. It became clear that while there were so many great options for people wanting to cut back or give up alcohol, these drinks weren’t readily available in Singapore.

That’s when I decided to create Drink Free Co. Our mission is simple:
