On the palate, it is very silky, full-bodied and drinkable with a juicy, animating acidity that immediately makes you want to take the next sip. Balsamic accents resonate. The aromatics again show red-black fruits such as cassis, cherries and elderberry juice. Notes of fir sapling honey and gingerbread spice make it an exciting food companion.
