This alcohol-free, Tuscan white wine cuvée is Casa Emma’s answer to the health-conscious trend. Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Vernaccia captivate the nose with a delicate yet nuanced bouquet reminiscent of yellow fruits such as pineapple, nectarine and passion fruit.
On the palate, it is fresh and drinkable with a juicy, animating acidity that immediately whets the appetite for the next sip. The flavour reveals slightly tart notes of lemon zest and ripe peach.
