Unlike most non-alcoholic beers that undergo industrial dealcoholization, ü.NN is crafted using a special yeast that naturally stops fermentation before alcohol can form. This revolutionary "stopped fermentation" method ensures that the delicate, volatile hop oils and the rich "soul" of the malt are preserved entirely, delivering a full-bodied mouthfeel that is often missing in 0.0% brews.

About the Producer

"Kehrwieder" is the traditional greeting Hamburg families once called out to sailors as they left port: Come back again. After a decade of brewing across the Caribbean and the Americas, founder Oliver Wesseloh did exactly that. In 2011, he returned to his home port of Hamburg with a mission to reignite the city's rich brewing diversity.

Oliver isn't just a brewer; he is a World Champion Beer Sommelier (2013). This elite level of sensory expertise is the "secret sauce" behind Kehrwieder's success. He approaches alcohol-free beer not as a sideline, but as a technical challenge worthy of a world-class palate. This dedication led to the creation of ü.NN, Germany’s first non-alcoholic IPA, which fundamentally changed the European craft landscape
