VINTAGE INFORMATION
The grapes were carefully crushed and de-stemmed, then fermented in various vessels on oak at cool temperatures between 18–22°C for 5 to 7 days. These lower temperatures help enhance and preserve the wine’s fresh, natural fruit character. After fermentation, advanced spinning cone technology gently removes the alcohol while protecting the delicate flavours of the wine.
TASTING NOTES
Pale straw with a touch of green, this non alcoholic wine features a fresh, lifted aroma of citrus, pear, and light floral notes. On the palate, it’s crisp, fruity, and beautifully balanced with a clean finish.
