VINTAGE INFORMATION

The grapes were crushed and de-stemmed into different fermenters and fermented on oak at cooler temperatures (18–22°C) for 5–7 days. These cooler conditions help preserve vibrant fruit flavours and varietal notes. After fermentation, cutting-edge spinning cone technology gently removes the alcohol at low temperatures, keeping the wine’s fruit-forward essence intact.

TASTING NOTES

A beautiful crimson with purple hues, this non alcoholic wine opens with aromas of red fruits, raspberry, and dark cherry, alongside subtle hints of chocolate and spiced oak. The palate is bold with juicy berry flavours and soft drying tannins, finished with a touch of vanilla spice.
