VINTAGE INFORMATION

Grapes were crushed and de-stemmed, then fermented in a variety of red fermenters on oak at cool temperatures between 18–22°C for 5 to 7 days. This careful process helps preserve fresh fruit notes and the varietal’s unique profile. After fermentation, the alcohol is gently removed using advanced spinning cone technology at low temperatures, maintaining the wine’s delicate character.
