Oddbirdâs Spumante is Swedenâs first and only sparkling wine completely free of alcohol. It originates from the Treviso area in Veneto, Italy, which is famous for producing prosecco.
This alcohol-free Spumante is crafted using the traditional prosecco method, featuring larger bubbles and made entirely from Glera grapes. These grapes come exclusively from respected DOC and DOCG vineyards, ensuring high quality. The wine offers fresh, fruity flavours like Nashi pear, green apple, and grapefruit. Before removing the alcohol gently, the Spumante is carefully aged for 12 months to develop its unique taste.

About the Producer
Oddbird was founded in 2013 by Moa GĂŒrbĂŒzer. Moa is a former family therapist and social worker with over 2 decades of experience. She worked mainly with alcohol related family issues and saw, first hand, the detrimental effects of alcohol on our society. She was astonished by how recurrent so many of the issues were and realized there need to be a structural change.
She founded Oddbird with a vision to question and change the alcohol norms of society by creating world class beverages and liberating them from alcohol. She wanted the question âDo you want your wine with or without alcohol?â to be as common as âDo you want your coffee with or without milk?â.
Today Oddbird is the largest producer of wine, beer and spirit liberated from alcohol in Scandinavia.
