The producer of ALTINA non-alcoholic drinks is the Canberra-based husband-and-wife team, Christina DeLay and Alan Tse.

Launched in 2018, the brand was born from their desire for more sophisticated, flavourful alcohol alternatives. Christina, who holds a PhD in Plant Biology, is the innovator behind the drinks. She uses a scientific approach to de-alcoholise premium Australian wine and then infuses it with a blend of native Australian botanicals to create complex, layered flavours. Alan's business expertise has helped steer the brand's growth.

Together, they create premium, science-backed beverages that offer a genuine alternative for mindful drinkers.
