About the Producer

ARIEL non-alcoholic wines, including the Cabernet Sauvignon, are produced by J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines, a highly respected family-owned California winery.

A pioneer in the category, J. Lohr launched ARIEL in 1985. Their process involves making a traditional, fully-fermented alcoholic wine first. They then use a sophisticated, low-temperature "spinning cone" technology to gently remove the alcohol while preserving the wine's authentic aromas and complex flavours.

This "winemaking-first" approach is why ARIEL has won major awards, even when tasted against traditional alcoholic wines.
