This alcohol-free white wine features a clear, refined green-straw hue and bursts with refreshing aromas of citrus, passionfruit, and green apple. On the palate, it offers a smooth texture layered with ripe mango, tangy citrus, crisp apple, and a touch of passionfruit, rounded off with light herbal and elderflower notes that linger on the finish.
How is it made?
The journey begins in central Spain, where organically grown vineyards thrive on gentle rolling hills, surrounded by almond groves and open fields where sheep graze freely.
At harvest time, only selected fruit parcels with the ideal characteristics are chosen to ensure top-quality results during the alcohol removal phase.
Using a state-of-the-art winery, the wine is first carefully crafted and expertly blended. The alcohol is then delicately removed through advanced vacuum distillation, a process designed to preserve the wine’s character.
Lastly, guided by their in-house Master of Wine, the team conducts further blending and tasting to craft a final product that reflects its regional roots with refined aromas and flavours.

When ZENO wasn’t busy philosophising, his main enjoyment was to sit in the sun eating figs and drinking wine.
